Non-Emulsions Solvent-borne

High Solids

EPS 6846

EPS 6846 is a high solids alkyd resin designed for two package systems. The high equivalent weight of EPS 6846 provides a low isocyanate demand for excellent economics. EPS 6846 is designed to provide outstanding flexibility, excellent durability, and is cut in a non-recordable HAPS solvent blend to provide maximum formulating latitude.

EPS 4843

EPS 4843 is a high solids, oil modified urethane. Coatings based on EPS 4843 provide excellent dry time, hardness and abrasion resistance making it an excellent choice for floor finishes. EPS 4843 can be formulated into 350 g/l finishes or blended with conventional solids oil modified urethanes and uralkyds to formulate 450g/l VOC varnishes.

EPS 4854

EPS 4854 is a high solids, uralkyd resin designed to provide improved through dry and hardness developement for compliant floor finishes. Its low viscosity makes EPS 4854 an ideal vehicle for maximum formulating latitude at low VOC.

EPS 5837

EPS 5837 is a high solids, rosin/phenolic modified alkyd. EPS 5837 is designed to meet Federal Specification TTP-664D for primers. Primers based on EPS 5837 provide fast dry, excellent adhesion and recoatability. This resin is HAP non-reportable.

Conventional

EPS 6410

EPS 6410 is a short oil, chain stopped alkyd designed to provide fast dry, high gloss, abrasion resistance and exterior durability. EPS 6410 is reduced in non-HAPS, low MIR value solvent to allow maximum formulating latitude. This balance of properties makes EPS 6410 an excellent choice for aerosol coatings, quick dry industrial enamels and general metal finishes.

EPS 6514

EPS 6514 is a medium oil alkyd. EPS 6514 is designed to provide high gloss, pigment wetting and excellent flow and leveling. This balance of properties makes EPS 6514 an excellent choice for industrial maintenance and architectural coatings. This product is xylene non-reportable.

EPS 6603

EPS 6603 is a long oil alkyd. EPS 6603 is designed to provide high gloss, excellent flow and leveling and durability. This balance of properties makes EPS 6603 an excellent choice for architectural enamels and structural steel primers.

EPS 4402

EPS 4402 is an oil modified urethane. Coatings based on EPS 4402 provide excellent hardness, abrasion resistance and toughness. This balance of properties makes EPS 4402 an excellent choice for floor finishes and varnishes.

EPS 4431

EPS 4431 is an oil modified urethane resin cut in PCBTF to allow very low VOC formulations. EPS 4431 is designed to provide very fast dry and excellent early hardness development. While additional PCBTF solvent can allow the formulation of very low (<5g/L) VOC varnishes, use of mineral spirits will give less lifting upon recoat and is recommended.

EPS 4655

EPS 4655 is a urethane modified alkyd. Coatings based on EPS 4655 provide excellent abrasion resistance and toughness. This balance of properties makes EPS 4655 an excellent choice for wood finishes. The resin does not contain ethyl benzene.

EPS 5902

EPS 5902 is a rosin/phenolic modified alkyd. EPS 5902 is designed to provide very fast dry, excellent adhesion, hardness and recoatibility. This balance of properties makes EPS 5902 an excellent choice for industrial primers.

Polyester

EPS 3302

EPS 3302 is a coil polyester resin. EPS 3302 is designed to provide 0 T-bend flexibility, excellent flow and leveling, exterior durability, and high gloss. This balance of properties makes EPS 3302 an excellent choice for coil and extrusion coatings.

EPS 3803

EPS 3803 is a high solids, polyester resin designed to provide high gloss, hardness development, excellent flow and alkali resistance. This balance of properties makes EPS 3803 an excellent choice for metal office furniture, and general metal finishes.

Modified

EPS 5902

EPS 5902 is a rosin/phenolic modified alkyd. EPS 5902 is designed to provide very fast dry, excellent adhesion, hardness and recoatibility. This balance of properties makes EPS 5902 an excellent choice for industrial primers.

Solution Styrene Acrylic

EPS 7725

EPS 7725 is a solution acrylic resin that can be easily formulated with a variety of solvents for concrete cure and seal applications. When properly formulated to 25% solids, EPS 7725 meets the requirements of ASTM C-1315, Type I, Class C.
