Emulsions Styrene Acrylic

EPS 2272

EPS 2272 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent water retention properties. EPS 2272 can be formulated to meet the requirements of ASTM C-309 and ASTM C-1315 Type I Class C cure and seal membranes.

EPS 2507

EPS 2507 is an APEO free, self-crosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent gloss, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as early water resistance and rapid hardness developement. EPS 2507 provides the capability to formulate coatings at very low VOCs.

EPS 2510

EPS 2510 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent early water and humidity resistance, as well as corrosion resistance. In addition, EPS 2510 can be formulated with a wide variety of co-solvents, and with excellent shear stability can be used in the grind phase of the formula. Due to these properties, as well as excellent adhesion to a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous substrates (including various plastics), EPS 2510 is an excellent choice for both DTM primers and topcoats.

EPS 2512

EPS 2512 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering alkyd-like gloss, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as excellent early water and humidity resistance. EPS 2512 provides the capability to formulate coatings well below 100 grams/liter VOC.

EPS 2514

EPS 2514 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent alkali and water resistance, and flexibility for use on cementitious, wood, and metal substrates.

EPS 2526

EPS 2526 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent hardness and wet / dry film clarity. EPS 2526 is well suited for use in clear and pigmented finishes on cementitious substrates.

EPS 2533

EPS 2533 is an APEO free, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering outstanding ink and tannin blocking characteristics, adhesion, and early water resistance. EPS 2533 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to solvent-based primers and is ideal for use as a universal primer or low gloss topcoat on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.

EPS 2535

EPS 2535 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering outstanding corrosion resistance, adhesion, early water resistance and high gloss development / gloss retention. EPS 2535 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to alkyd maintenance vehicles and general product finishes on ferrous and non-ferrous metal, wood and plastic substrates.

EPS 2537

EPS 2537 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering outstanding efflorescence resistance on concrete and masonry surfaces. Ideal for use in smooth or textured coatings where excellent flexibility is required.

EPS 2548

EPS 2548 is a self-crosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent gloss, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as early water resistance and rapid hardness developement. EPS 2548 uses a proprietary internal coalescent system, and therefore requires less external co-solvent to achieve full coalescence, providing the capability to easily formulate coatings at 100 grams/liter.

EPS 2550

EPS 2550 is an APEO free, styrenated acrylic emulsion which can be used to formulate economical coatings offering excellent hardness, gloss, and chemical resistance. Coatings produced with EPS 2550 also exhibit good block resistance and excellent adhesion to plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

EPS 2561

EPS 2561 is a styrenated acrylic thermoset dispersion offering low temperature cure response, without the use of acid catalysts. Coatings based on EPS 2561 have been found to exhibit good corrosion resistance and excellent adhesion to plastics and ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including brass. These coatings have also shown to have good hydrolytic and mechanical stability, and can be formulated to a potential finished VOC of less than 0.5 lbs. per gallon (60 grams/liter).

EPS 2568

EPS 2568 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion designed for use in clear and pigmented coatings that exhibit excellent hardness development with good humidity and corrosion resistance. Use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.

EPS 2574

EPS 2574 is a styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent hardness, block resistance and early water resistance. EPS 2574 provides paint formulators a low VOC waterborne alternative to solvent-based resins and is ideal for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cementitious, wood and plastic substrates.

EPS 2851

EPS 2851 is a self-crosslinking, styrenated acrylic emulsion offering excellent gloss and chemical resistance, as well as early water resistance. EPS 2851 provides the capability to formulate coatings below 100 grams/liter, and has been found to provide exceptional results in corrosion resistance testing.
